As the founder of MFA Training, my aim is to bring my extensive medical, and health & safety background to workplaces and communities all across the UK.

I served for 13 years as a medic in the British Army where I gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience around First Aid and Health & Safety. I served with elite units and deployed on many occasions but my real passion came from teaching, coaching, and mentoring. I worked for 3 years as an instructor to newly passed recruits, training to be medics. This is where I earned my qualification in Education & Training and gained the experience I needed to pursue a career in training

Whilst serving, I also achieved a level 4 qualification in First Response Emergency Care (FREC4). I do this alongside MFA Training as clinical exposure to ensure I am providing the most accurate and up-to-date training.

In preparation for me leaving the Armed Forces, I trained with NUCO Training. Here I achieved a huge range of instructor qualifications which I use to pass on my knowledge and experiences at MFA Training.
